CHEF EMIDIO

Emidio’s pedigree and talent is hard to beat. After working in the early 90s on the West Side in places like Trilussa, La Bruschetta and Locanda Del Lago he decided to go back to Europe and more precisely to Zurich where he worked from 1997 to 2012 in places like Carlton restaurant and Ristorante Italia. He then moved to Lucerne where he was the head chef at the historic Hotel Monopol (the Kitchen) until last year. He decided to come back to California in 2017 to bring his culinary talent at the service of orto.
